Yard
Browse saved rations by species, open a card, and share a text ration sheet through the system share sheet.
RationSquare Feed Lab is a pocket workshop for feed-mixing mathematics. Drop feeds on a live board and watch CP, TDN, fiber, and Ca:P chips update with deficit and surplus cues — then teach the classic Pearson square.
The same forage-green and grain-gold workshop you see in the app: Yard for rations, Board for mixing, Cabinet for ingredients, Lab for Pearson and scenarios.
Browse saved rations by species, open a card, and share a text ration sheet through the system share sheet.
Drop feeds, snap to grid, swap an ingredient, and scale the mix into pail-ready batch weights.
80+ seeded ingredients with classroom nutrient chips — hay, grain, mineral, and leftover notes.
Pearson studio, fix-the-ration scenarios, mineral desk, animal presets, and a daily educational season tip.
Goat, sheep, beef, dairy, and rabbit starting points — then you own the board. Nutrient values are seeded for classroom balancing.
No account. Feed libraries, rations, scenarios, and preferences stay on the device (Room + DataStore). Optional season-tip notifications are local. The home-screen widget shows educational tips only.
Educational tool only — not veterinary or nutritional advice for clinical decisions. Seeded values may differ from laboratory assays. Verify mixes with an instructor or qualified professional before feeding animals.
Questions about RationSquare Feed Lab on Google Play? Write the publisher. We read notes about the Pearson studio, the live board, cabinet ingredients, and season tips.
On this device only. We do not upload ration boards. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes the yard, cabinet notes you added, and preferences.
Open Settings and switch on Show metric equivalents. Default species (Goat, Sheep, Beef, Dairy, Rabbit) and grid snap live in the same screen.
Yes. Share sends a text card through the Android share sheet you choose. We do not host that card on a server.
Optional local notifications (WorkManager) and the Glance widget show educational feed-balancing tips. You can deny notification permission; the board still works offline.
Deficit and surplus cues are classroom signals from seeded tables, not a lab report. Check the mineral desk and your instructor’s sheet. Email a screenshot plus species and feeds if something looks broken.

RationSquare Feed Lab keeps feed libraries, rations, scenarios, and preferences on your device (Room + DataStore). We do not require an account and do not upload ration boards.
On-device information may include:
The home-screen Glance widget shows educational tips only. It does not send your yard to us.
Google Play and Android may process install, crash, or device statistics under Google’s policies when you use Play. That processing is by Google, not by a publisher server we run.
If Android Auto Backup is enabled, the system may include app data in the user’s backup. We do not receive a copy of that backup.
Classroom clubs should follow their own advisor’s data policy for student devices.
Sharing a ration card uses the Android share sheet you choose. That destination’s privacy rules then apply. We do not intercept that transfer on a publisher server.
On-device data remains until you delete a ration, clear app storage, or uninstall. To remove support email we hold, write us and we will delete correspondence that is no longer needed for a support thread, subject to any legal retention duty.
The app is an educational workshop often used in 4-H and FFA settings. It is not directed at children under 13 for data collection. We do not operate accounts. If a minor wrote to us by email, a parent or advisor may contact us and we will delete that mail.
Depending on your country or state, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because we do not run a user-account backend, most in-app data is only on your device — you control it there.
RationSquare Feed Lab is an educational workshop for 4-H, FFA, and homestead learning. It is not veterinary advice, a medical device, or a substitute for licensed nutrition consulting. Nutrient values are seeded for classroom balancing and may differ from laboratory assays. You are responsible for verifying mixes with instructors or qualified professionals before feeding animals. By using the app you agree to use it for learning and demonstration purposes.
If the app later adds network features or a new store listing, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
